Pantheon LARP
About Us
Pantheon started as an idea between a few friends over a cup of coffee. Chester Dudick, who always had a passion for game design, wanted to create a unique LARP experience and tell a fantastic story to a wide auidence. He began the initial development of Pantheon in 2008 with Ryan Patrick and, with the help of their friends, began tossing around the idea of a new kind of LARP.
A few months later, after realizing that more than two people would be needed to create a great game, Maranda Bolish joined the Pantheon staff. The three continued work for nearly a year, creating the history of the game, the gods, and the world. In early 2009 Alex Freeman saw the potential of Pantheon and wanted to see the game through to its conception, so the fourth member was added.
From that point on the group worked every week on the rules, skill system, economy, and lore. Then, in January 2010, the dream became a reality. Pantheon LARP Inc. booked their first weekend events at Faire Play campgrounds in Pennsylvania.
With the coming of the first season of Pantheon we decided it was time to expand our crew. In February Brad DeFrain joined the directors as part of Pantheon staff. We know Brad will be a great asset for us as well as you, the players.
Now, the story of Pantheon is beginning to unfold, just like the characters playing it. It's success depends on you, our players and supporters, and we hope to bring you an experience like no other so that you return to enjoy the game that we love to bring you. Although this page is about us, in the end Pantheon is really about you. Thank you.

Mark Defrain joined Pantheon at the end of the 2011 season. He's always supported the game since the beginning and we're happy to have him on the team. As a long time friend of staff and a player since season 1, we know that Mark is going to bring a lot of great and unique ideas to the game.
